Savvy Wealth is hiring a Strategy & Operations generalist to own the money movement between Savvy and 100+ financial advisors, including payouts and related programs. You will automate with AI-powered workflows and partner with Advisory Operations, Trading, Billing, and Post-Sales to ensure accuracy and speed.

This operator role sits at the core of a fast-growing fintech, offering exposure across finance, partnerships, and product as we scale. Join our AI-native finance team in NYC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in investment banking, consulting, or a strategy, ops, or finance role at a high-growth startup.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with lookups, nested logic, and pivot tables; comfortable without templates.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a low tolerance for unexplained variances.
• Ability to navigate information across an organization and work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own core finance operations end to end, including advisor payouts, invoicing, collections, and partner revenue.
• Automate processes with AI-powered workflows; document procedures and add controls.
• Be the point person for advisor and internal questions; resolve issues at the root.
• Help build the function and shape the role and team as an early member.
• Support strategic projects such as pricing, advisor programs, vendor evaluations, and leadership analysis.
