Job summary

Torch Dental is a high-growth startup aiming to empower healthcare providers through a dental supply marketplace and an upcoming AI Revenue Cycle Management solution.

We seek a hands-on Strategy & Operations Lead to execute strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales, partnering directly with our Head of Strategy and Operations and a cross-functional team to deliver transformative solutions that scale across thousands of practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience at top tier tech startups, big tech, finance or consulting firms.
• History of experience applying critical thinking and analytical skills to business and strategy problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort managing relationships with external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to simplify and scale complex systems.
• Ability to structure and define requirements for ambiguous problems.
• A can-do attitude with focus on customer empathy and service.
• Deep skills and experience analyzing data to root-cause problems and set goals.
• Role is in person, in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Manage Strategic Projects related to pricing, monetization and customer segmentation for RCM and future products.
• Support the commercialization of our RCM product by working with customers and engineering/product teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on new markets, customer segments and products.
• Drive 0 to 1 innovation with new products and precursor work on where to focus next.
• Drive 1 to 10 scaling with new products and set up ownership, processes and metrics.
• Define KPIs based on customer data and advocate for continuous improvement.
