Torch Dental is a high-growth startup redefining the dental market with a transparent marketplace and an AI-driven Revenue Cycle Management product. Our team is based in New York City.

We seek a hands-on Strategy & Operations Lead to drive strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales, partnering with the Head of Strategy and Operations for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at top tech startups, big tech, finance or consulting.
• Analytical thinking applied to business and strategy problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to scale change.
• Ability to define requirements for ambiguous problems.
• Customer-empathy and service mindset.
• Experience analyzing data to drive decisions.
• Role is in-person in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects related to pricing, monetization and customer segmentation for RCM and future products.
• Support commercialization of the RCM product with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Research and analyze new markets, customer segments and products.
• Drive 0-to-1 innovation and precursor work on focus areas.
• Drive 1-to-10 scaling with new product teams, ownership, and metrics.
• Define KPIs based on customer data and advocate continuous improvement.
