Job summary

Torch Dental, based in NYC and Austin, is hiring a hands-on Customer Experience Operations (CXO) Manager to lead the CXO team. You will own workflow performance, fix cross-functional issues, and partner with supplier, engineering, and product teams to shape the customer experience at every touchpoint.

You will grow with the role as the team scales, taking on broader leadership responsibilities and driving measurable improvements in operations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in operations or high-growth tech.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others with clear direction.
• Strong problem-solving skills using data to drive decisions and goals.
• Customer-facing experience with client relationships and communications.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear plans for teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep Operations Running Smoothly: track performance and key metrics.
• Turn Insight into Action: build plans with owners and priorities.
• Fix Problems at the Source: update SOPs and guides.
• Drive Quarterly Goals: own project progress and risks.
