Fora, the modern travel agency in New York City, seeks a Senior Manager or Manager, Central Strategy & Operations to act as an internal consultant and operator across high-priority opportunities. You will own analyses, frame problems, and drive cross-functional projects that unlock new revenue streams and efficiencies.

High performers may lead a specific business unit within 18–36 months. Compensation varies with experience; role offers a strong AI fluency emphasis and access to equity options.

Competenze

• 3–9 years in a growth-stage startup, top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or rotational program such as Amazon/Uber/DoorDash.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; comfort building financial and operational models from scratch and translating data into actionable insights.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, biases toward action, and relentlessly seeks improvement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives on aggressive timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field
• Demonstrates strong fluency with AI tools and workflows, and uses them day-to-day to enhance productivity.
