Job summary

Fora is hiring a senior leader to own the web strategy and growth of Fora’s consumer-facing site in New York City. You will set the vision, define goals, and build the roadmap that turns visitors into advisors and travelers.

In this player-coach role, you’ll partner with SEO/GEO, Content, Brand, Product, Engineering, and Data while delivering measurable improvements in signups, engagement, and conversion. You’ll lead with clarity, experimentation, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in web strategy, digital experience, or growth at consumer, marketplace, or tech company.

Responsibilities

• Own the web strategy. Define what the site is for, who it serves, and how we measure it, then turn that into goals and a prioritized roadmap.
• Grow quality advisor signups. Own conversion across the advisor journey, from first visit to application, including core pages and routing.
• Build the experimentation engine with a prioritized backlog, testing framework, holdouts, and decision criteria.
• Shape the platform with Engineering on CMS, templates, design system, and performance targets.
• Bring the brand to life on the web in collaboration with Brand and Creative.
• Build for people and AI agents. Ensure machine readability across search engines and AI answer engines.
• Own web measurement with Data to tie site activity to signups and LTV.
• Set the operating model for cross-team ownership and intake processes.
