Fora is seeking a player‑coach head of web strategy in New York City to own the site as a growth engine. You will define strategy, roadmap, and metrics, driving double‑digit improvements in signups and engagement through rapid testing and data‑driven decisions.

You’ll partner with SEO/Content, Brand, Product, Engineering, and Data to build a scalable web program, implement AI‑driven workflows, and deliver measurable impact while shaping how a two‑sided marketplace engages travelers and advisors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in web strategy, growth, or digital experience at consumer/tech brands.
• Track record of increasing conversion at scale via structured experimentation.
• Experience with CAC, LTV, ROAS optimization across full funnel.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with headless CMS, analytics tools, and experimentation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own the web strategy and set goals, roadmap, and ownership across teams.
• Grow advisor signups and optimize conversion from first visit to application.
• Build and lead an experimentation engine with hypotheses and holdouts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, Content, and Data teams.
• Own web measurement and reporting linking site metrics to signups and LTV.
• Define operating model for cross‑functional web ownership.
