Fora Travel is hiring a growth marketer to shape and own the advisor-acquisition strategy. You will launch tests, analyze results, and decide what to scale, with a focus on incremental impact and LTV.

You will partner with Data, Creative, Product, and Site & Conversion, applying AI to research, creativity, and automation. This is a fast-moving role with room to grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 8 years in growth or performance marketing at a consumer, marketplace, or technology company.
• Owned acquisition strategy for a channel or portfolio, with budget and goals.
• Built and run a structured experimentation program with documented tests.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and own your part of the acquisition plan.
• Launch campaigns, briefs, budgets, and platforms for first tests to scaling.
• Run the experimentation engine with hypotheses, metrics, and go/no-go criteria.
• Prove incrementality with holdouts, geo tests, and matched-market tests.
• Iterate on creative, offers, and landing pages with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain the operating cadence with daily pacing and weekly scorecards.
• Build with AI to automate reporting, research, and analysis.
• Mentor teammates and shape the team's growth as work expands.
