Job summary

ShopMy is looking for an Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. You’ll work on cross-functional initiatives that drive meaningful business impact, partnering with leaders to solve problems, optimize operations, and unlock growth.

If you’re energized by data, startups, and turning insights into action, you’ll help shape our scale strategy, develop work plans, surface key metrics, and align stakeholders to execute on priorities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of strategy & operations or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Analyze core business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop work plans, surface metrics, and align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution plans.
• Work closely with senior leaders to bring strategic ideas to life—translating insights into actions that drive real business results.
• Identify and test hypotheses through data and discovery, bringing thoughtful, forward-looking recommendations to the table.
• Help refine processes and build scalable systems that set ShopMy up for long-term success.
