Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in business strategy and operations with 2-3 years in a similar role at a tech company; SaaS experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication with ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to move quickly and iterate on analyses.
• Advanced Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-guided work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to identify and execute opportunities.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to develop coherent strategies and business plans.
• Uncover operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for cross-functional stakeholders and execs.
• Embed with teams to understand business questions and inform analysis.
• Model complex financial scenarios for ongoing ops or new deals/products.
• Communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
