ShopMy is seeking an Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. You will collaborate with leaders across the business on cross-functional projects, analyze core challenges, and help define work plans, metrics, and execution paths to unlock growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Startup/SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization with Strategy & Operations partners.
• Support analysis of core business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Help develop work plans, surface key metrics, and align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution plans.
• Work closely with senior leaders to translate insights into actions that drive results.
• Identify and test hypotheses through data and discovery, providing forward-looking recommendations.
• Refine processes and build scalable systems for long-term success.
