Job summary

Visa is seeking a Business Analyst in the Latin America & Caribbean region to drive strategic initiatives, communications, learning and development, and operational resilience across Client Services. This role partners with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable programs.

You will manage regional programs, executive presentations, and employee engagement efforts, while supporting BCP, AI adoption, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Experience in strategic initiatives, communications, and employee engagement.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional programs and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative presentations and business reviews for senior leadership.
• Coordinate regional meetings, learning programs, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Drive regional communications strategy and executive communications.
