Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process of developing, refining, and executing Visa's LAC policy strategy.
• Architect regional policy design and identify trends across digital payments and fintech.
• Ensure alignment between policy priorities and operating infrastructure.
• Anticipate regulatory/political developments and craft proactive policy responses.
• Orchestrate relationships with banks, NGOs, industry groups, and think tanks.
• Collaborate with global policy centers to ensure consistency on AI, cybersecurity, open banking, and instant payments.
