Job summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst, Regional Growth Marketing - Campaigns & Digital to join the Value-Added Services marketing team for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will partner with Sales, GTM, Product Marketing, and Demand Operations to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline.

In this role, you will manage digital campaigns, webinars, localization of assets into Spanish, Portuguese, and English, and analysis of performance to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in roles like B2B marketing / demand generation.
• Experience with webinars, digital campaigns, or campaign operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into campaign briefs and execution plans.
• Support digital campaigns, emails, landing pages, and nurture journeys.
• Coordinate webinars from planning to post-program follow-up.
• Manage localization workflows across Spanish, Portuguese, and English assets.
• Maintain campaign calendars, CRM records, and dashboards.
• Analyze performance and report actionable insights.
