The Business Analyst (Business Strategy & Operations) supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives for Visa Client Services (CS) across the Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) region. This role serves as a key partner in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, communications, learning and development, thought leadership, operational resilience, and transformational initiatives that support business priorities and enhance the employee and client experience.
The position is responsible for managing regional communications programs, learning and development initiatives, employee engagement action plans, thought leadership strategies, executive presentations, operational resilience and business continuity activities, and strategic programs that enable business growth and organizational excellence. The role partners closely with Operational Resilience teams to support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), organizational readiness, crisis preparedness, and resilience governance activities across the region. The role also supports the adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and GenAI solutions, helping drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement across Client Services.
This position requires a highly collaborative, analytical, and creative professional who can translate business needs into actionable strategies, develop compelling executive communications, manage cross-functional initiatives, and build scalable programs that deliver measurable business impact.
The role provides exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Client Services, Product, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Operational Resilience, and other regional teams.

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $93.200,00 to $ 144.700,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
