Job summary

Visa is seeking an accomplished executive to lead Commercial & Money Movement Solutions in Latin America & Caribbean. The SVP will set strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and oversee revenue growth for CMS (Visa Direct, Visa Commercial Solutions, Visa Government Solutions) in the LAC region.

The role requires extensive leadership across multi-country teams, aligning product lines, functions, and geographies, with regular exposure to Visa's Board and C-suite.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales leadership experience in commercial payments, cash management, treasury management, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic priorities for Visa CMS in Latin America and the Caribbean to accelerate revenue growth.
• Lead regional CMS results, including sales relationships, new business development, product delivery and platform development.
• Oversee pipeline generation, sales execution, and opportunity management across LAC with cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with account executives to maximize growth opportunities.
• Guide annual operating plans, sales targets, and regional initiatives across clusters/countries.
