Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Training for the Latin America and the Caribbean region. This role will design and execute strategic sales programs to ensure VAS sellers have the skills, knowledge, and tools to position Visa’s products effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing and Seller Experience to deliver high-impact enablement initiatives aligned to regional priorities, with 3 days in office

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor degree
• 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 2+ years with a PhD

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic sales programs for VAS Sellers to ensure the right skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing and Seller Experience to deliver high-impact enablement initiatives.
• Infuse sales materials with local knowledge and tailor enablement outcomes to regional priorities in the LAC region.
