Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process of developing, refining, and executing Visa's LAC policy strategy with alignment to global policy and corporate goals.
• Architect regional policy design, identifying themes across digital payments, financial inclusion, data governance, cybersecurity, and emerging fintechs.
• Coordinate budget, headcount planning, performance tracking, and governance across the Government Affairs function.
