Job summary

Tandym-Group is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst for a health services system in Brooklyn, NY to support data analysis, strategic initiatives, and HR operations.

The role focuses on gathering data, conducting market and program analyses, and aiding compensation-related activities while maintaining compliant records. Office-based, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in analytical, business development, or program management work.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, liberal arts, or a related field
• Experience with budgeting, data analysis, and compensation-related work
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and metrics tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, stay highly organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
