Job summary

C3 AI, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Manager to drive go-to-market initiatives, craft proposals, and develop executive-level materials. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate outputs, partner with Sales, Finance, and Product, and lead strategic planning across enterprise AI offerings.

The role focuses on pricing strategy, market research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale commercial efforts. California base pay is substantial and equity opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top-tier school preferred.
• 6–9 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills, including value models, pricing analyses, or ROI.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive-ready documents.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with diverse teams and executives.
• Experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, or automation) to boost productivity in strategy.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of proposals and RFP responses with cross-functional teams.
• Develop materials for sales presentations, demos, and negotiations.
• Identify AI/ML use cases and build business cases and value models.
• Analyze pricing approaches and refine pricing frameworks for enterprise software.
• Synthesize market trends and opportunities to inform GTM strategy.
• Support strategic planning and partnerships, tracking internal KPIs.
