Zusammenfassung

Nscale is seeking a senior contributor to lead the GTM Strategy & Planning team in New York. You will design the operating model from a blank page, establish metrics, and coordinate launches for GPUs, managed services, and on-demand platform initiatives.

You will influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Platform, Finance, and Marketing, turning data into actionable insights and scalable processes. Expect equity, bonus, and a competitive US compensation package.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years in GTM strategy & operations, product strategy, or strategy consulting
• Experience leading enterprise sales motions at high-velocity companies
• Proven ability to design operating models and metric systems from scratch
• Ability to influence senior sales leaders and executives without direct authority
• Strong data analytics, with actionable business insights
• Experience with BI tools and modern data platforms

Aufgaben

• Build the GTM operating system from the ground up, including model design and forecasting
• Define and instrument core GTM metrics and executive dashboards
• Set up and lead weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly planning
• Drive capacity modeling, coverage design, and quota governance with Finance and Sales
• Ensure data integrity and disciplined GTM processes across motions
• Run commercial launches for new GPU generations and platforms
• Synthesize adoption signals into leadership reads and feedback loops
• Create repeatable launch playbooks with clear roles and handoffs
• Draft executive readouts and retrospectives for leadership decisions
