Job summary

Sam’s Club Connect is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy - Shows and Events, to develop and execute strategic initiatives for corporate events across business units. You will lead complex projects from concept through implementation, build high-performing teams, and drive accountability and operational excellence.

The role partners with Internal and External Experiences teams to ensure events align with business objectives. A strong PM and leadership background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or communications required.
• 4 years’ experience in project management, hospitality, communications, or event management.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for Shows and Events aligned with goals.
• Lead project management from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define event objectives.
• Drive change management and sustainable processes.
• Mentor a high-performing team and drive results.
• Report progress to senior leadership and influence decisions.
