Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, communications or related field.
• 4 years' experience in project management, hospitality, communications, event management or related field OR 6 years' experience in project management, hospitality, communications, event management or related field.
• Experience across hospitality, communications, event management or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for Shows and Events, aligning with corporate goals and cross-functional priorities.
• Lead project management efforts from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-level initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define event objectives and identify key opportunities.
• Drive change management by assessing readiness, managing expectations, and embedding sustainable processes.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering professional growth.
• Monitor and evaluate event effectiveness, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Communicate progress and results to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction and decision-making.
