This role involves managing all phases of global corporate events, collaborating with executives, and ensuring seamless execution while traveling as necessary. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in event management and demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event management, strategic event planning, or global conference production.
• Proven experience managing executive-facing and high-visibility corporate events.
• Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of corporate events to strengthen corporate reputation and visibility.
• Manage global event calendars and coordinate alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee event logistics, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
