Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Events Manager in the United States to lead global events strategy, budgets, and execution. The role combines planning, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pipeline and customer engagement across markets.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Enablement to ensure events support GTM objectives while building scalable processes and data-driven insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of event marketing experience.
• Experience managing global event programs that generate measurable pipeline.
• Experience in Higher Education or Government markets preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with Sales, CS, and Solution Engineering.
• Six- or seven-figure event budgets management.

Responsibilities

• Own global events strategy and calendar across markets.
• Oversee end-to-end event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Build pre-event campaigns, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Enablement for ROI.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and manage staff and vendors.
• Set measurable goals and report ROI to senior leadership.
• Align event programming with ABM and attribution goals.
