Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Principal, R&D Strategy & Operations based in the United States. This role leads strategic initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership to translate priorities into clear, actionable narratives.

You will contribute to annual and quarterly planning, drive programs from concept to execution, and align stakeholders across Finance, Data, and GTM teams while reducing manual overhead in a decentralized

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in product, engineering, and program management.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading programs in B2B SaaS or PaaS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical priorities into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own executive narratives for R&D including board updates.
• Translate technical initiatives into clear, actionable content.
• Lead strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
• Align planning cycles and surface risks early.
• Streamline processes and automate reporting.
• Foster governance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive lean operations and reduce manual work.
• Automate product and business metrics with Finance/Data.
• Identify change management opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships across org boundaries.
