Job summary

Johns Hopkins Health Plans is seeking a strategic Director of Advanced Analytics to lead our enterprise analytics strategy and analytics capabilities. You will develop and manage a high-performing team responsible for trend analysis, cost-of-care modeling, and population health analytics, with a focus on messaging executive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or similar degree.
• Ten years of analytics experience required.
• Experience in advanced statistical models, BI tools, and data visualization software preferred.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, ROI and program evaluation.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data, business concepts, and insurance.
• Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, and/or provider led value-based care programs preferred.
• Proven ability to partner strategically with P/L owners and operational leaders using data to support budgets and goals.
