Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver consistent Clients & Industries strategy execution activities across the organization. You will partner with function leaders and the operations team to align priorities, resource planning, and effective communications.

Reporting to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader, you will shape strategy, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and help generate growth through proactive client conversations and a focus on performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deliver the function's strategy alongside the function Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function leadership for strategic planning and insights.
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding management information and performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement the function leadership model to activate strategy and drive proactive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue.
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and execute strategic events.
• Maintain close relationships with regions and support program leaders in shaping and executing key meeting agendas.
