You will oversee program strategy, lead stakeholder engagements, and ensure alignment with EY policies. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy with leaders.
• Collaborate with function leadership on strategic planning and insights.
• Provide strategic guidance on management information and performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement leadership models to activate strategy.
• Coordinate with regions to expand pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop campaigns and events to activate initiatives.
• Support leaders in shaping meeting agendas and communications.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to drive complex projects and initiatives.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.
• Develop and implement change strategies and processes.
• Allocate resources and approve budgets for projects.
• Anticipate needs and propose innovative solutions.
• Assess activities against strategy and EY policies.
• Co-develop operational strategies affecting effectiveness.
