EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead in the United States to drive and deliver consistent Clients & Industries strategy execution across complex programs. You will serve as the primary contact for your program, collaborating with regional leaders and the Operations team on planning, resourcing, cost management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate and deliver the function's strategy with the function Leader and leadership network.
Collaborate with function leadership on strategic planning and insights.
Provide strategic guidance on management information and business performance analysis.
Articulate and implement the function leadership model to activate strategy and drive client conversations.
Collaborate with regions to grow pipeline and revenue through initiatives.
Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and strategic events.
Maintain relationships with regions to shape and execute key meeting agendas.
