Job summary

EY Boston is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver the Clients & Industries strategy, ensuring teams stay focused on market success and outstanding client service.

Reporting to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader, you will coordinate with function leaders, shape plans, manage communications, and align resources, budgets, and process improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years current EY or global professional services track record.
• Experience leading complex programs and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy alongside the function(s) Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function(s) leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding management information and performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement leadership models to activate strategy and drive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue.
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and execute events.
• Maintain relationships with regions and support program leaders in shaping meeting agendas.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to drive and deliver complex projects and initiatives.
• Manage highly complex stakeholder relationships with competing priorities.
• Develop change strategies, programs and processes.
