Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver the Clients & Industries strategy across complex programs. You will be the primary contact for your portfolio, partnering with leaders to align priorities, drive growth, and ensure exceptional client service.

You will collaborate with regional teams, oversee strategy development, communications, and cost management, and work with Operations to optimize resourcing and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
12+ years of experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to plan, execute, and govern complex programs.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate and deliver the function's strategy with the function leader.
Collaborate with leadership to co-develop strategic plans and insights.
Provide guidance on performance analytics and business results.
Define the leadership model to activate strategy and drive client conversations.
Coordinate with regions to expand pipeline and revenue.
Develop awareness campaigns and execute strategic events.
Oversee planning, resourcing, cost management, and change initiatives.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and resource decisions.
