Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver complex Clients & Industries strategy execution programs. You will collaborate with function leaders, shape strategy, align resources, and oversee communications and content development to advance growth and client service across regions.

The role reports to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader and demands senior leadership and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy alongside the function(s) Leader and leadership network.
Collaborate with function(s) leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding management information and performance analysis.
Articulate and implement the function(s) leadership model to activate strategy and drive client conversations.
Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue.
Develop internal/external awareness campaigns and execute strategic events.
