EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver cross-functional strategy execution across Clients & Industries, aligning programs with leadership priorities and growth plans.

The role focuses on developing and implementing program strategies, coordinating with regional leaders, and overseeing communications to enable informed decisions. This position reports to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader and requires extensive experience in professional services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy alongside the function(s) Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function(s) leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding Clients & Industries management information and overall business performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement the function(s) leadership model to activate strategy and drive proactive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying Clients & Industries initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and executing strategic events.
• Maintain close relationships with regions and support program/function leaders in shaping and executing key meeting agendas.
