Job summary

EY seeks a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver Clients & Industries strategy execution across complex programs. You will liaison with regional leaders, oversee communications, and align initiatives with growth plans, reporting to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader.

You will lead strategic planning, oversee program strategy, and work with operations on resourcing and cost management to improve delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy alongside the function(s) Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function(s) leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding Clients & Industries management information and overall business performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement the function(s) leadership model to activate strategy and drive proactive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying Clients & Industries initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and executing strategic events.
• Maintain close relationships with regions and support program/function leaders in shaping and executing key meeting agendas.
