Job summary

EY seeks a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver Clients & Industries strategy execution across assigned programs. You will partner with leaders to develop strategic plans, oversee communications, and manage resources, costs, and process improvements to enable growth and client service excellence.

The role requires deep EY familiarity, leadership presence, and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across regions, with a focus on transforming strategy into action and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy alongside the function(s) Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function(s) leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding management information and business performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement the function(s) leadership model to activate strategy and drive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to apply initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue.
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and strategic events.
• Maintain relationships with regions and support leaders in shaping meeting agendas.
