EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead in the United States to drive and deliver Clients & Industries strategy execution activities. You will act as the primary contact for assigned programs, collaborate with leadership, and help align resources, messaging, and content development across regions.

You will oversee strategic priorities and manage complex programs, working with Operations on planning, resourcing, cost management, and process improvements to drive growth and client value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy alongside the function(s) Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function(s) leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding management information and overall business performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement the function(s) leadership model to activate strategy and drive proactive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and executing strategic events.
• Maintain close relationships with regions and support program/function leaders in shaping and executing key meeting agendas.
