Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Learning and Development Business Partner Director (Location Flexible) to lead strategic learning and capability initiatives across the firm. You will translate business priorities into capability roadmaps, advise senior leaders, and shape operating models and learning technology adoption to meet future business needs.

As part of the L&D leadership team, you will drive adoption of new models, champion data-informed decision making, and oversee large, cross-functional programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and managing internal client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and talent leaders to advise on workforce capability and development.
• Translate business and talent priorities into multi-year capability roadmaps with clear outcomes.
