RSM US LLP is seeking a Learning and Development Business Partner Director (Location Flexible) to serve as a senior strategic advisor to a line of business. The Director translates business priorities into an integrated capability strategy, improving performance and readiness, and shaping operating models and learning technology adoption.

As a member of the L&D leadership team, you will lead large initiatives, partner with Talent and Learning Operations, and drive consistency across the firm

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in learning and development, capability building, or related fields.
• Proven success developing strategies impacting business performance and leading large-scale initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and act as advisor on capability priorities.
• Translate business strategies into multi-year capability roadmaps with priorities and measures.
• Lead organizational transformation and change leadership initiatives.
• Own the strategic portfolio of capability investments and governance.
