Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Learning and Development Business Partner Director (Location Flexible) to serve as a senior advisor translating business priorities into capability strategies. You will lead multi-year roadmaps, drive organizational transformation, and govern the portfolio of capability investments.

The role requires deep experience in learning & development, performance consulting, and cross-functional leadership within professional services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Typically 12+ years of experience in learning and development or related field.
Proven success leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholder relationships.
Experience in professional services or knowledge-intensive environments.
