RSM US LLP's Learning & Development Business Partner Director (Location Flexible) serves as a senior advisor to an assigned line of business, translating business priorities into a multi-year capability strategy.

As a member of the L&D leadership team, the Director shapes operating models, drives change, and leads cross-functional initiatives to improve talent readiness and firm performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of experience in learning, development, or related fields.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and managing enterprise initiatives.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or similar regulated environments preferred.
• CPA or related professional certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and talent leaders.
• Translate firm, talent, and business strategies into multi-year capability roadmaps.
• Lead organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Own the strategic portfolio of capability investments.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams across Learning, Talent, and partners.
• Define measures linking investments to business outcomes.
