Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Director of Strategy to lead strategic frameworks and drive integrated campaigns for diverse clients. You will guide cross-functional teams across earned media, content, social, influencer, and creative, shaping strategic direction with data-driven insights.

In this role, you will mentor junior strategists, support new business efforts, and collaborate with Digital, Creative, Analytics, and Account teams to ensure excellence, with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic communications or marketing, with a track record of leading client engagements.
• Ability to create strategic frameworks and deliver integrated solutions addressing business challenges.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience building senior-level relationships.
• Experience across digital marketing, creative, and analytics to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Proven success in supporting new business development and growth within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic frameworks and experience/engagement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions and mentor junior strategists and teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate strategy into campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with account teams to document requirements and develop strategic roadmaps.
