Highwire is seeking a Director, Strategy to drive strategic frameworks and executive-level guidance across client engagements. The role partners with Digital, Creative, and Analytics to deliver integrated campaigns and scalable growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in strategic communications or marketing, outstanding client-facing skills, and a track record of mentoring teams while leading cross-disciplinary initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build senior-level relationships.
• Experience leading across digital, creative, analytics, and account teams.
• Proven ability to mentor junior strategists and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic frameworks and drive cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Digital, Analytics.
• Lead new business engagements and craft persuasive narratives for pitches.
