Highwire is seeking a Director, Strategy in San Francisco to lead strategic frameworks and cross-functional collaboration across earned media, content, social, influencer, and creative. You will mentor teams, guide client engagements, and partner with Analytics to deliver data-driven, measurable campaigns.

The role supports new business, ensures strategic excellence, and collaborates with Digital, Creative, Analytics, and Account teams to grow the strategy function.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to create strategic frameworks and deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills and senior-level relationship building.
• Experience across digital marketing, creative, and analytics to deliver solutions.

• Support creation of experience and engagement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Drive the value story for brand experiences and strategic projects with measurable outcomes.
• Co-lead key accounts, delivering strategic counsel and ensuring objectives are met.
