Job summary

Highwire, a strategic marketing communications agency, seeks a Director, Strategy to lead development and execution of cross-functional strategic frameworks, shaping campaigns from insight to impact.

Reporting to the EVP, Head of Strategy, you will mentor teams across earned media, content, social, influencer and creative, partnering with Analytics to turn data into briefs that drive growth for new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to create strategic frameworks and deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills and senior-level relationship building.
• Experience across digital marketing, creative, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic frameworks aligned with client objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Lead collaborative sessions with internal teams to craft integrated campaigns.
• Mentor junior strategists and guide storytelling and client engagement.
• Drive new business through compelling strategies and pitches.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy informs all work.
