Highwire seeks a Director of Strategy to lead strategic campaigns, align cross-functional teams, and shape integrated client programs. You will guide experience strategies, collaborate with Digital, Creative, Analytics, and Accounts, and mentor junior strategists to raise the bar on client engagements.

The role emphasizes developing measurable frameworks, supporting new business growth, and delivering compelling, data-driven insights across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading successful client engagements.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience across digital marketing, creative, and analytics.
• Proven success supporting new business development and growth.
• Leadership and mentorship of junior team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative mindset in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic frameworks and experience strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Assist in driving value stories for brand experiences and projects with measurable outcomes.
• Act as co-leader on key accounts, providing strategic counsel and ensuring objectives are met.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather insights and requirements for solutions.
• Collaborate with Highwire Intelligence Group to ground strategies in measurable frameworks.
• Mentor junior strategists to elevate strategic thinking and client engagement skills.
• Support new business development by crafting persuasive pitches and expanding client bases.
