Highwire is seeking a VP of Strategy to lead and scale our strategic function. You will shape frameworks, mentor teams, and collaborate with EVP, Strategy and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated campaigns grounded in data-driven insights.

You will guide senior teams across Digital, Creative, Analytics, and Accounts to expand strategic services, drive growth, and ensure client success with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to build senior-level relationships.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and guiding strategic engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EVP, Strategy to develop and implement strategic frameworks addressing client challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
• Support creation of experience and engagement strategies aligning with client objectives across Creative, Digital, Analytics.
• Help drive the value story for brand experiences and projects with measurable outcomes.
• Act as co-leader on key accounts, providing strategic counsel and ensuring delivery of client objectives.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions to gather insights and develop client-focused solutions.
• Partner with the Highwire Intelligence Group to ground strategies in measurable frameworks and track performance.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to contribute to business growth through strategy execution and insights.
