You will lead portfolio choices, capital allocation, and strategic partnerships across water, fuels, and industrial infrastructure, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and partnering with sector leadership.

The role requires deep strategic and analytical expertise with experience in municipal/industrial water and broader FNR markets, translating market shifts into practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of strategy/infrastructure experience.
• Experience in water, energy, oil & gas, LNG, or natural resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sector strategic planning with market-backed portfolio priorities.
• Lead capital allocation and growth investments with finance and operations.
• Continuously evaluate market demand, regulation, and technology trends.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Engage with C-suite to influence high-stakes decisions within timelines.
• Develop and mentor a team of analysts in strategic principles.
• Identify attractive growth geographies and delivery models for BV capabilities.
