The role emphasizes human-centered experiences and strategic problem-solving in a hybrid work setting. You will lead workshops, craft executive-ready proposals, and drive AI-focused advisory work across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of great user experiences and AI trends.
• Ability to structure complex business problems and communicate clearly.
• Excellent writing and communication for advising enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients and internal teams on business models, goals, and competitive pressures to outline AI opportunities.
• Contribute to AI strategy and product strategy through advisory work for various industries.
• Analyze client processes and market position via research and stakeholder interviews.
• Shape viewpoints on how AI reshapes products, experiences, and competition.
• Bridge business strategy with human-centered design through collaboration with Design and Technology teams.
• Lead segments of workshops and planning activities to align stakeholders.
