Job summary

Konrad Group is seeking an Associate Consultant on our Strategy team who will collaborate with global organizations on digital transformation and AI-enabled product strategies. You will work with Design and Technology teams to translate business goals into human-centered experiences and tangible AI solutions.

You will support senior colleagues on client engagements, conduct research, and contribute to AI, product, and operating models across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in consulting, user experience, product management, or engineering is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated passion for great user experiences and AI technology landscapes.
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate a clear, analytical point of view.
• Strong writing and communication skills for enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the broader team in understanding clients' business models, goals, and competitive pressures; identify where AI and emerging tech can change performance.
• Support the creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models for various clients; contribute to AI and product strategy work.
• Gather information on clients' business processes, critical success factors, and market standing through interviews and research.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital transformation, including AI-enabled products and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to bridge business strategy and human-centered experiences.
• Coordinate and participate in UX design thinking workshops and architecture sessions; assist with project planning.
• Structure and author presentations and RFP responses to senior audiences.
